The shift

The old way to get ahead
is already dead.

A degree. A bootcamp. A stack of courses you never finished. All built for a world that just ended.

What stopped working

University

Too slow. Too pricey. Outdated before you finish.

Online courses

You start ten. You finish none. Nobody does.

Being “just a coder”

One AI-native talent now does the work of a whole team.

What we believe

Great teaching was never scarce by nature.

For most of history, great teaching has been scarce. Rationed by cost, geography, and time. We have always known that one person with a good teacher learns more, and faster, than the same person in a classroom of two hundred. We built the classrooms anyway, because we couldn't give each person their own tutor. That was not a limitation of learning. It was a limitation of economics.

Despite enormous progress in AI, we still have not changed how we learn. Learning experiences are still one-to-many.

And we know that chatbots without guardrails harm learning. A chatbot can give you an answer, but an answer is not an education. Cognitive offloading means you end up learning less. And you cannot always trust what a chatbot tells you.

Meanwhile the demand for trustworthy learning, knowing that what you learn is accurate, important, and relevant, has never been higher.

1. The model

One-to-manyOne-to-one

A personal learning experience for everyone.

2. The experience

LaborLove

Learning that's engaging and fun, that you want to do.

3. The habit

OccasionalDaily

Learning that feels like an instinct, not a chore.

AI is coming for
every industry.

Now

Working with AI

Now it's AI, like it or not. Everyone picks it up in the next few years. Start now, or spend the rest of your career catching up.

Two futures

Fall behind, or become the one
everyone's fighting to hire.

Wait and see

Left behind. Automated. Quietly replaced by someone who just uses AI better than you.

Move now

AI-native. In demand. The one who makes the whole team faster, and can't be replaced.

AI-native talentEveryone elsenowa few years from now

This was never about a coding job. It's about becoming AI-native talent, in whatever you do.

Where we stand

We won't make you an ML engineer.
We'll make you dangerous.

01

Master fundamentals so you can apply it across different industries

Learn it once, apply it in any industry.

02

Build with AI, don't just chat with it

Direct AI to build, not just prompt for answers.

03

Replace a team, instead of being replaced

Do what once took a whole team.

Why missions?

Tutorials feel like progress.
Shipping is progress.

Watching videos trains you to follow instructions. Employers don't pay for that. They pay for people who take a fuzzy goal, build the thing, ship it, and explain their decisions.

So that's the whole programme. One mission is one real project, roughly a week of honest work, proven three ways.

We don't train students. We train builders and tinkerers.

Every mission, you submit

Your GitHub repo

Commit history included. We can tell a night-before dump from a week of building.

Your live deployment

A URL anyone on earth can open. Localhost doesn't count.

Your video walkthrough

You, explaining your own code. This is how we know you understand it, and how you learn to interview.

How it works

Learn → Build → Ship → Defend → Graduate

One linear path. Lessons are yours to sprint through. Missions are what count. Three live defenses are the final proof.

01

Learn it, fast

Bite-size lessons, three minutes each. A quick check after every idea, so you never just read. Blitz what you know, slow down where you don't.

02

Build it, for real

Your machine, your editor, your GitHub. No toy sandboxes. Running your own environment is the skill employers pay for.

03

Ship it, publicly

Three links per mission: the repo, the live site, and a 5-minute video where you explain what you built.

04

Get it marked, by a human

A real instructor reviews every mission. Pass, and the next unlocks. Can't explain it? You redo it.

🎙️

Then you defend it, live

Three live calls where you defend what you built to an instructor. Real interview reps, and the only way to prove the work is truly yours.

Algorithms · after M4React · after M8Behavioral + Final · after M12
🎓

Graduate with proof

Not a certificate, 12 shipped products, live URLs, real repos, and three passed interviews. The proof employers actually check.

You get the certificate too. It's just not the point.

The words you'll see

🎯

Mission The quest. One real project you build, ship, and defend.

e.g. Build a Recipe API

Checkpoints The acceptance criteria. You tick them off as you build.

e.g. ☑ Create the GET endpoint

📖

Chapters Short decks of related lessons under each mission.

e.g. useState → Props → Rendering lists

📚

Lessons Bite-size how-tos, 3 minutes each. Optional, and the fastest way through.

Skip them if you can already build it

One rule: no skipping ahead

Mastery-based learning. Skills compound, and so do gaps. A shaky foundation doesn't hurt today, it hurts three levels later when nothing makes sense.

The promise

Graduate job-ready,
or your money back.

Pass all 12 missions and all 3 defenses, in order, and you graduate an AI-native talent good enough to get hired. If you then can't land a job, we refund you.

The fine print (T&Cs apply): the guarantee is for students who graduate, passing every mission and defense before moving to the next, and are actively job searching after graduation. Do the work, we carry the risk.

The stack you'll actually use

Real tools, the ones teams hire for

You graduate fluent in the modern web stack, from your first line of HTML to shipping full-stack, AI-powered apps to production.

AI-native, not AI-dependent

Meet Sigmo AI,
the coding buddy that won't do your homework.

Sigmo is on every page, 24/7. It knows what you're looking at, talks through the ideas, and debugs with you at 2am.

Ask it for the answer and you get a better question back. Hints that get warmer, never a copy-paste solution.

That's the AI-native standard: you must be able to explain, debug, and improve everything you submit. Some missions switch AI off entirely.

Sigmo AI

Socratic mode · always on

just write the grade checker for me 🙏

I could, but then you'd submit code you can't explain in your walkthrough video, and your instructor will catch that in about 20 seconds. 😄

Start here: your first band is "80 and above". Which comparison operator says at least 80?

>= 80?

Exactly. Now write that first branch and run it with score = 95. Tell me what logs. 🚀

Never stuck alone

A daily rhythm with real humans

Information is easy. Execution is hard.So self-paced doesn't mean solo: every weekday, twice a day, there's a room with an instructor in it.

Unblock Hours

3–4 PM · Mon–Fri

Stuck 30+ minutes? Drop in, get unblocked, get moving.

The Daily Buildroom

7:30 PM · Mon–Fri

Everyone builds together, cameras on, instructor in the room. You log what you shipped every night:

Mon · Student showcase, Mission launch & Concept teachingTue · Project Lab (Code-along)Wed · Algorithm WorkshopThu · Checkpoint ReviewFri · Week Wrap-up

Your pace, honestly tracked

Pick a goal. We hold you to it.

On day one you choose: the 90-day goal (one mission a week, 25–35+ hrs) or your own pace (~2 weeks a mission around work). Same missions, different clock, and the portal always tells you the truth:

On track

Keeping pace with your goal. Keep shipping.

Catch up

One mission behind. Very fixable, an instructor reaches out.

Recovery Mode

Two behind. You pause and re-plan with an instructor, together.

Plus a daily streak for showing up, and a nightly ship log that becomes your proof-of-work story for interviews.

No toy sandboxes. Your machine, your tools, your code.

We don't run your code in the browser for you, on purpose. You'll install Node, wrangle Git, break your environment and fix it, deploy to real infrastructure. Because that's the job.

Who's behind this

Sigmo is the platform.
Sigmaschool is the school.

Degrees and traditional education aren't keeping up. We exist for the two jumps that matter most right now: zero to junior, and junior to AI-native talent.

Sigmo AI

You're on it

Our AI-native learning platform, and the AI coach inside it. No lectures, just missions you finish until you're job-ready.

It runs our bootcamp internally, and it's free to try. Start Mission 0 today.

The school

The school behind Sigmo: real instructors who mark every mission, defend-it-live interviews, and a physical Buildroom in Malaysia. Humans set the bar; Sigmo helps you reach it.

A letter from the founder

I'll be blunt about why I built this.

I kept watching capable people do everything right, the degree, the courses, the path, and still end up stuck. Underpaid. Anxious. The ground moving under them.

The path they were sold is gone. A degree costs a fortune and teaches what's outdated before the ink dries. Online courses die in your open tabs. And AI just changed what "skilled" even means.

A lot of jobs are about to change, and a lot of good people will be caught off guard. Not because they aren't smart. Because nobody taught them how to work in this new world.

The answer isn't to panic. It's to become the person this era rewards.

Not a prompt-jockey shipping things they can't explain. Not an ML researcher, you don't need that. Someone who genuinely understands how software works and uses AI like any sharp tool: to go faster, not to hide.

That's why we start with software, the clearest foundation there is. You build real projects on your real machine, ship them to the real internet, and a real human, sometimes me, makes sure you can defend every line.

It's harder this way. It's supposed to be. Hard is what makes it real, and real is what makes you the person teams fight to hire.

Don't wait for the shift to happen to you.
